On time, no upselling, quick, worked really hard, nice technicians who knew what they were doing, furniture looks new after the cleaning. Charged exactly what they quoted. No funny smell either. Highly recommended.

Darin H. did a great job cleaning my sectional. Darin explained how he was going to clean it, if issues arise, how to manage and get help from Carpet Monkey. The sectional is 5+ years old, but looks brand new. I also appreciate the cherry scent he used, perfect touch. Carpet monkey is the best and will use them again and again (3rd time using them).
