The Carpet Monkeys are the only carpet cleaners we use!! We have 2 dogs and a cat so our carpets can get dirty!! The Carpet Monkeys do a great job on getting any stains we may have! Always fast and easy! I called for an appointment and carpets were clean the next day!
They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. From start to finish, the service was professional, punctual, and thorough. My carpets looked so much better afterward and smelled fresh and clean. They were able to get most of the stains out. The whole place looked brighter when they were done. The technician was friendly, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning and will absolutely use them again.

After getting quotes from Coit and Stanley Steemer, I still felt an iffy response about dog urine accidents. Then I came across Carpet Monkey and their explanation of how enzymes in those cleaners at the pet store degrade over time. Makes sense because it never seemed to get the odor out. Was their price more than the other places, yes, but at least I KNOW they guarantee the odor WILL BE GONE. Also a solution that breaks down dander!
