Ricardo showed up on time and did a great job on my carpets.
Staff and technicians are friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism. I have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 child and a father all living under one roof. Accidents happen and sometimes you give up for months! They pretreated for pet urine and stains and did a fabulous job!! The best part, they don't try to upsell you on additional cleaning and services you don't need.
This is the 2nd time we have had the company come to our house to clean. We had the same technician both times and he is always fast, efficient, and professional. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
Great service. Used Carpet Monkey for tile and grout cleaning job in addition to some upholstery cleaning. Trey and Davante did an awesome job. They were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home.
