"Service was great but no loaner was not available. Dealer..." Service was great but no loaner was not available. Dealer service is expensive so they should have loaners available or advise when dropping off, giving the option to reschedule service call.

We took it in once to fix and it worked for three days then had to take it back and now it runs fine. Should of picked up problem first time it was in. First bill $2,074.00 second bill $1,800.00. If I was told it would be this much to fix I would have traded it in for new VW with 3,800.00 down.
