They were the only dealership that had the car I wanted at a really good price, and it only had 9,700 miles on it (compared to Murrieta Volkswagen, which wanted the same price for a car that was 3 years older and had 51,000 miles on it). Their family atmosphere and friendly associates make visiting this dealership a pleasure. I love the fact that they have VW rental cars on site and you don't have to go through the Enterprise rental car BS when you take your car in for service...
