"Came down from central california (Fresno) to Capo VW..." Came down from central california (Fresno) to Capo VW because of specific car at they had for CPO sales, and price it was offered. Took six hour train ride (we were optimistic) and Eric and Kevin (finance) were fantastic! Eric even picked us up at the train depot. From the initial phone call to establish the appointment, until the sale was complete and I drove off the lot in my New Jetta TDI- the experience was awesome. Every member of the staff from the salesman to the finance guy was professional and not pushy. Awesome buying experience- actually took my Mother in law in the next day to buy her car as well.

With a great personality and a genuine interest with my needs i left completely satisfied. i felt like i was buying something as opposed to being sold something.
