"This dealership has a no haggle policy as far as..." This dealership has a no haggle policy as far as certified pre-owned cars. This was something new to me and I actually liked it. I was greeted by a very friendly, Sherie Simmons and felt very comfortable the entire time. It was an easy process and I felt like I was in and out of there with exactly what I wanted!

I especially like the no negotiating business model. I purchased a 2012 Certified Golf TDI, knew it was priced pretty accurately, and the entire transaction including test drive took 90 minutes. He let me know about the perks I get for buying from their volkswagen dealership and ensured me that I would be taken care of. This has been one of the best experiences at a dealership because Buddy did not make me feel rushed to buy a car. I plan to go back soon to get the free car wash on Wednesdays and say hi to Buddy :)

She convinced us to test drive and it and I am so glad we did! I had never even considered a "minivan" before but it doesn't look or drive like one.
