I traded in my 2010 VW Golf TDI for a 2013 Jetta Sportwagen TDI and I am absolutely over the moon with excitement on how easy the purchase was. This was my first time driving a Volkswagen and she was extremely helpful and informative - taking time to answer all of my questions and took me on a test drive route that really gave me a great feel for the car. "My wife and I took our Touareg in for it's scheduled..." My wife and I took our Touareg in for it's scheduled service and I decided to look around for a commuter car for work. I saw a great deal on a TDI Golf and as soon as I told my wife that we should go in and talk to Eric (The salesperson that helped us with our Touareg), he walked up and greeted us by name. We both love the service and highly recommend stopping by Capo VW when looking for your next car.

Sales staff was courteous and helpful. Finance team made me feel comfortable and at ease. The showroom was awesome. Loved the ammenities while we went through the paperwork process. 220" TV, refreshments, and popcorn helped make the time go by quickly. Very clean operation!
"Initially, I worked with Don for pricing on the internet...." Initially, I worked with Don for pricing on the internet. However, I met with Steve at the dealership. I researched thoroughly, requested quotes through competing dealers, negotiated pricing, and visited other locations. I immensely appreciated not feeling pressured. I feel this dealership takes into consideration what is best for the consumer. With that being said, I am smiling; just as their logo states.
