RecommendedHad a wonderful time today on the Cajun Food Tour, Breaux Bridge Walking Food Tour. Whitney took us through old downtown Breaux Bridge, revealing a lot of history about this beautiful old town. We visited six old and new, but still quaint restaurants, ate delicious food and reminisced about the culture in which many of us were raised. The music at Taunte Marie’s was the perfect “icing on the cake.” This Tour is definitely recommended, whether you’re a tourist from afar or a born Cajun.
Cajun Food Tours was a great experience. We had never been to Louisiana before and it was a great way to be introduced to the food and history. The food was fabulous. Marie was great on communication and her daughter, Whitney, was a terrific guide on the Breaux Bridge walking tour.

On a bien aimé notre expérience culturelle aujourd'hui. Marie est un excellent guide...elle anime bien et elle a la réponse à toutes nos questions. On a bien mangé à chaque endroit. Une des meilleures manières de découvrir la gastronomie de Lafayette et sa région. En plus, Marie parle le français de la Louisiane, avec un charmant accent cadien (on dit cajun en anglais) ;-)

My husband and I had a wonderful time on Marie’s tour. It was our first one and it was awesome. The whole tour was very well planned out, wonderful food selections, and a pleasant and relaxing day well spent. We recommend if you haven’t tried one of Marie’s tours, it’s well worth it and will not disappoint. Absolutely loved Marie, the company and the tour!!
