The guys at C&J were very informative, helpful, friendly and professional. My husband and I were referred by our builder about C&J. They came by looked at everything and gave a quote. Explained all of the options. Once we decided what we wanted, we set up an appointment and they were there . The installation was quick and again everything was explained to me. Super easy upkeep and works extremely well. I highly recommend C&J for any and all soft needs.
Absolutely amazing experience! Their salesman came out to my home for no cost to give me a quote. He left me with a brochure and there was no pressure to immediately schedule, which I really appreciated. When they came out to do the install, Jon and Tony were very polite and worked so fast! I think they were only here about an hour setting everything up. They explained how everything worked and the best part was the final bill was exactly what I was quoted!! Always a pleasure working with C&J. I would highly recommend them. Getting ready to have them install at my parents home. They are easy to work with, very friendly, respond quickly, and do a great job!! So far the only company I would rate with 10 stars if I could!!!
Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Great H2O softener system. Technicians went the extra mile by changing two valves that were not operating properly.
I have so many good things to say about this company that I am not sure where to begin. Probably at how quickly they came out to check our water when we had a problem (even though we were a new customer) and how friendly their technician was. I have had other company's come by in the past and often times people don't take me seriously. This was such a refreshing visit though.
