Great experience from the beginning to the end! The main office contact was very responsive initiating the scope of work and estimate of moving our constant pressure well system from our garage into our main house, as we used C&J for the initial well drilling. After agreeing on the invoice, the two team members that came out were very friendly, respectful, and efficient at their roles. I felt like I got an old fashion bait and switch. I responded to a coupon that advertised cleaning the well for 995.00. The add did not say anything about the size of the well. As it turns out they showed up and told me my week was too big to qualify for the advertised price. They wanted 2,500 dollars, more than double the advertised price. I told them I didn’t want the service for that inflated price. They said they would do a six point inspection of my system. It took them about 20 minutes to do the inspection. I guess... read more
I had a bad experience and improper well installed by another company. C&J came out and fixed all my issues within only a couple of days. I also feel that the price was very fair for the work and customer service they provided.
I had a no water emergency and c&j immediately jumped into action and had my issue being addressed within moments. They not only took steps to begin the process right away but also went out of their way to communicate everything. I had a very unique situation and these guys were beyond helpful. My issue was resolved in a fraction of the time that was expected for the repair. Cannot praise them enough for their services
We needed some testing on our well. Feel very fortunate that we found C and J! Not only did they take care of our immediate needs but educated us on questions that we have had since purchasing this property 5 years ago!
