"UPS dropped off my part today but gave it to the dog instead of putting it on the porch. The dog cannot get within two feet of the porch so even an idiot could have delivered it safely. Justin understood my problem and sent me a new part overnight. As far as interent service goes this is the highest quality I have found yet."

Made call and spoke to David who was very helpful in assuring the compatible part would be provided and with no shipping charge for return, he was very helpful, accommodating, and with a caring frame of mind. "Original part I ordered came very quickly and I loved the free shipping. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong part and had to order a new one. I called in to make sure of a quick delivery and spoke with Russell. He assured me that my part would be delivered on time as promised and helped me to return the part I ordered in error.
