"I'm embarrassingly ignorant when it comes to car repair so I try to avoid it at all costs. Recently I had an issue with the power steering in my Murano but thanks to a family member who did the work and getting the parts from Buy Auto Parts it was painless as possible. I would recommend working with Sergio as he was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I would like to offer you suggestions on how to improve your operation but I honestly don't know how you could do a better job. Thanks, Matt "
