"I order some wheel bearings. The order got sort of lost in the system, but the customer service staff were able to find the order. They promised delivery for one day, but that was missed. However, they overnighted the order at their additional expense. Unfortunately, after all of the phone calls and overnighting, the wheel bearings overall size was not quite right.
