I had to try to place an order, And it was not very pleasant. The first couple of times I tried to order, on my desktop, I could not find the part I wanted, but at the end of the day I tried again, using my phone, and I was able to find and order the part I needed.
Tried to do this last night twice, using two different credit cards both failed by being stuck in a loading mode., The Website Just said "LOADING" Talked to Customer Service the first time, they said try anther card. ( I knew it was not the card) I tried it and it again got stuck in the same spot "LOADING" I hope my credit cards do not get hit for the two hangups on their end. Today I tried again, worked fine, obviously it was a Website Issue, Their CS rep told me he even tried a dummy order and it would not work. Total inco... read more
