"It took three calls over the cource of a week to finally get someone to get my order taken care of. When the radio was received, I was expecting a remanufactured radio since that was what was advertised for $189. There was no evicence that the radio was remanufactured and it had an ebay tag on it. I don't think that the radio was in stock when I ordered it, and considering the time that went by from the third phone call until the radio arrived, i believe that it was purchased off of ebay and then shipped to me. "I bought an air conditioner compressor for a 1991 Honda CR-X. The customer service rep was very helpful and the product was delivered on time. My mechanic installed it but the unit failed and started leaking freon the very next day. Customer service arranged to have a replacement unit shipped and delivered in 2 days, which arrived before noon. I'm happy with the customer service and am hopeful the replacement unit will not fail."
