"I ordered a radio for my 2004 Honda Accord. Before the purchase I had questions about the correct item to order and contacted customer service. They were very quick to answer all of my questions and I placed the order. Delivery was just as promised and the installation went very well. After less than 2 hours of my time, I'm glad to have a radio back in the car after 2 years without one at less than half the cost of a dealer or radio shop."
"The company never replied to my complaint about a return. Gold Warranty is all hype. If you have a return make sure you have all the info from the mechanic that installed it, if you are a DIY, you may want to ask about that first. You don't need the o-ring kit that comes with the $345 package, it is worthless and they do seat correctly and leak. The Compressor already comes with oil in it. "it has been 3 days and I have yet to have order shipped! I ordered on Wednesday, paid for overnight shipping to which they never shipped, spoke to customer service on Friday morning paid another amount for overnight Saturday shipping and they STILL have not shipped. I spent $100 for overnight shipping and by the time I get it will have been 6 days. This company is a joke and I want a refund"
"My husband recently ordered a part for our vehicle online. The ordering was simple & our part arrived within a week. Upon receiving the starter we werent aware that it was slightly too big for our truck until our mechanic attempted to install. I contacted BuyAutoParts and the employees informed me of the steps I needed to take to return and get a full refund! I would recommend BuyAutoParts to others. They are easy, prompt, and knowledgable in their customer service."

"The fuel pump I ordered was defective. I had to pay a deposit to have another pump shipped. This pump was the incorrect pump. They then wanted another deposit to send another replacement. Finally after numerous calls and a very arrorgant sales rep. and ultimately speaking to a supervisor, I was shipped the correct pump. It worked. I returned the defective pump and the incorrect pump, but as of this date (03/26/2013) I have not received a refund from them for the extra costs I had to pay. "Buying a part and trying to get a replacement part was/is like pulling teeth! This is/was my very first experience buying parts from Buy Auto Parts. After spending $1,500 for the part, that turned out to be defective, it caused another $600 for parts and labor for the damage that the defective part caused!
