"I ordered a radiator from buy auto parts after I placed the order I didn't get a ups tracking number so I emailed them and they quickly responded with the info I requested and the radiator was shipped to my house quickly. On may 9th I received the radiator opened the box and saw the side rail was dented, I took pictures and emailed them to buy auto parts and filed a claim with ups as well it is now may 17th and have not heard anything from either party and my truck still has no radiator and Im another week with a rental car... read more
"I bought the part reflected on this invoice off of eBay. I followed the eBay compatibility chart showing that it was the exact correct part for my vehicle. I should have read further in the eBay listing where "Buy Auto Parts" stated NOT to rely on the eBay compatibility table, because by my relying on the eBay compatibility table I purchased the part for the six cylinder model of my vehicle year instead of the correct part for my eight cylinder vehicle. "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! I bought a brand new turbo charger on 4/25/14 and installed it the day it arrived. My truck went 422 miles and the turbo waste gate actuator housing blew off. I paid the labor to install it ($525.00) the first time. Now I have to pay labor again and a $900 tow charge to have a new one installed. "Great prices and inventory of parts. Many issues with the ordering process though. 1) Was unable to correct a shipping address error, despite contacting customer service as soon as they opened the next day(see #2) and sending an e-mail minutes after the order(placed at 10:30 PM Tues, 4/29/14). 2)Called customer service at 8:30 AM, but no one answered the customer service line until 9:15 AM. "Terrible! The warrenty is useless! I called the service department to let them know that the part I bought was determined defective (a/c compressor) by the auto shop so wanted to return it for a refund. They told me that it couldn't be refunded because it had been installed - insane! Don't buy from them and warn others to steer clear of this shady company."

"Part was fine but shipping was excessive!! $73.00? and the box it was shipped in was 4 times the size of the part. After review was left, they refunded my shipping costs by $35.00. Good communication."
