"New a/c compressor for a Sable, it came as advertised with seals, oil, accumulator hose and orifice tube. The peace of mind of getting a NEW compressor and clutch at a slightly higher price then a reman is priceless. It arrived when promised, and the only thing that would have been better is if they included someone in the box to install it for me! I will check with them on any future parts purchases. John T"

"What a great company. I was able to speak to a live representative to place my order and discuss the parts needed. I later found out that the air conditioning system was misdiagnosed and I needed nothing but a fuse. Buy Auto refunded my purchase even though it was passed the 30 day grace period. This is a company you should work with if you are buying auto parts. "

"Completely 100% satisfied!!!! Perfect fit. Took my 2005 Land Rover Freelander to a local shop for repair. $120 for a diagnostic, and $300 to change the spark plugs. 300 sounds like a lot I know, but if you have ever tried to pull the back plugs on a Free lander you would have paid it too. Still running badly they said it needed a coil pack, and it was going to be another $150. limped it home and that's when I found Buyautoparts. "I found what I was looking for immediately. The price was very low considering it was a kit that included every thing needed "parts wise" to do the job. I was not sure how the quality would be, but could not help my self to at least try. The shipment came to my home in a very timely manner. I liked the tracking system they use with UPS. The parts were advertised as all new, and they were. My experience with their customer support was a little disappointing. "DO NOT BUY FROM Buyautoparts.com. I purchased an A/C compressor for my 96 Acura RL. I had it installed with the a new drier. I have had this compressor for less than 30 days. When I contacted Buyautoparts I was told to get a pressure reading. This is ridiculous. After taking off work to get a pressure reading the auto shop indicated that it is the clutch on the compressor, just let them know. I have receipts for all installed parts as well as an invoice for the work done on the car. They do not want to honor their warranty.... read more

"I purchased an Ignition Distributor for my '99 Honda Accord from buyautoparts.com and it turned out to be the wrong one due to the fact that Honda inexplicably made at least 3 different very similar distributors for that exact model vehicle.
