"All of these reviews are a lie. I wrote a bad review and had to change it to get my money back. I bought a fuel pump, installed it, and it did not work. They sent me another one and it did not work. I went to Autozone and finally got one that worked. These guys would not give me a refund, only store credit, so I bought some brake rotors and pads thinking "how could they screw that up"...Well, it was the worst mistake ever. "Well, all part are different brand and color, silver on the right and black on the left, not professional at all. Squeaking noise. Higher suspension on the front and lower on the back. disappointed. Will not recommend this place. Now It will cost me more to take them off and send back. You better look a local store even if more expensive......"

"Will never buy from them again. Do I feel like a sucker! Searched for Monroe strut assembly and landed on their page, bought them and was shipped some no-named brand. Now they want ME to pay for a return shipping and a restocking fee. I should have stuck with the reputable places I've done business with in the past. This place is a scam! Run away from this place!"

"Worse experience rude staff charged me for set of 4 spark plugs 74 dollars when same spark plug on amazon is 8.89 each plug. Highway robbery is what i call it i will never buy again for sure and rhe professionalisim is none existant for there customer service. I recommend dont buy from this company before you look somewhere else or expect to pay twice higher than average price. Big nistake "

"Have a 98 Honda CRV. Front end noise. Husband always buys parts at NAPA. So he changed the front struts. Still noise, so he changed and spend a few hundred dollars on every other front end part. Still noise. Then he noticed the NAPA struts were coming apart. Took them back and ordered the struts from Buy Auto Parts. The quality was superior and the noise stopped immediately. Wish we would have started here could have saved a few hundred dollars and a lot of time."
