"The part listed on-line was an exact Mopar part number that I wanted. There was no indication a far inferior product would be substituted. But in short I returned it anyway as it was late and they sent the wrong part anyway. So sub, late and wrong ... guess that says it all for my experience. Buyer be Ware concerning subs and you better nail your part number like I did ahead of time .. earlier they had suggested yet another wrong part .. do your own research and call dealers etc."

"I ordered a steering gearbox from them. Not even a month later the gearbox went bad. I do not know if it is bad parts or if I am a coincidence; however, I do usually have bad luck. Was not happy with the service at first but they have worked with me and done what they can to rectify the situation. Still not happy about the cost of labor for a second time (meaning no money saved in the end) but at least I am happy with the end result of the customer service. "
