"When my mechanic told me $1000.00 for a new AC system in my Dodge truck I said there has to be a cheaper way. I went to e-bay and found Buy Auto Parts had a Complete AC system for my truck for Under $200 ! Great so I went to another mechanic and asked how much to install a new AC if I brought my own Parts. He said he would install it for $300. Well that's great I saved $500 dollars. The mechanic told me that they were the same parts he would have gotten locally for $650. "I just received my refurbished Honda Accord cd changer. I installed it, called the local Honda dealer for the code and am listening to my cd's again. The universe is back in balance! Thanks for the quick turn around with a product that appears to work as you gentlemen stated. P.S. Anyone installing a similar product in their vehicle needs to write down the serial number. That is how a dealer is able to cross reference for the radio code. "

"If I am going to be honest, my review must be mixed. The people I dealt with all seemed professional and informed, but the part I paid extra to expedite was defective. I purchased an A/C compressor. After it was installed, the car's diagnostic computer indicated a bad A/C Compressor Lock Sensor. This is a sensor on the compressor that monitors RPMs and senses if the compressor belt is intact or broken. It shuts down the compressor if the belt breaks. "The parts were correct when they finally arrived. Communication was almost non-existent. I was told the parts were in stock, but they weren't and one came from one warehouse and the other came from another and the parts arrived days apart which meant the repair had to be put off for a week. Very disappointing... "

"My experience with this company was fantastic. I had order and A/C Compressor Kit from another auto parts company and after 2 weeks, 5 phone calls and zero help I cancelled that order. My daughter and 10 month old grandson could no longer wait for air conditioning. Temperatures were going to be in the 90's in the next few days. I called Adolfo at Buy Auto Parts and not only did I save money but I had it the VERY next day by noon. Needless to say, I will definitely be buying all my auto part needs from them again."
