"Did not ship on time. I had to send an email a week after it was ordered asking for a tracking number and then when I received the tracking number, found out it had been shipped AFTER I sent the email. Installed the stereo yesterday and the CD player does not work. All in all, I'm very disappointed."

"The ordering process was fine and the price was good, but the wrong part was shipped. I have never had such a difficult time returning a part. According to them, it IS the correct part, even though I'm looking at it and the old one right here and clearly it is not and could not have worked. After sending in pictures of both, I'm still waiting to hear back to get approval to return the part. "

"Ordered a turbo charger, pedestal. Was called the next day and told that I would probably want the install kit that was an additional $54 and I agreed to pay for it on their recommendation. I was assured it would be processed and shipped out the next day. 8 days later I receive an email that they processed my order but no shipping information (this is 3 days after I was told I would have it). Called and they now tell me that it shipped yesterday but they still can't give me a tracking number but it should be delivered in 5 ... read more

"The quality of the window regulator was not near OEM as advertised. I had to modify the mount and use a bolt and nut set up because the pressed for n not would turn. It was not secure. Piece advertised online was lower than what I was charged. An agent contacted me saying the specific regulator online was no longer available. What they had in stock was more $$$. If the quality was good I wouldn't have a problem. I will not be buying again here unless something changes. "

"If you live outside the US DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ordered a part, had a mechanic put it on. He said it didn't work, it was defective. BUYAUTOPARTS considers that an installed part and will not give you your money back. Their no problem return policy does not apply unless you live in the US as they will not send you a return shipping label (paid shipping) if you don't live in the US............so all in all a pretty lousy and expensive exercise..................no where on their site will you find the foregoing info... read more

"First thing, they request that you call them if you have a problem. and I did. no result. I ordered an AC compressor installation kit. the picture showed five items. compressor, dryer, expansion valve, o ring set, and oil. I received a compressor and dryer. no instruction either. the customer service rep said it did not exist by the number on my invoice. My internet invoice did not match my invoice in the box.
