"Ordered a steering rack that did not include magnasteer wire sensor. When I removed the rack, then realized that the rack needed the magnasteer wire. Called customer support and was told I was going to be charged 15% restocking fee, shipping fee for original delivery of wrong rack as well as shipping fee to return. "My original order (#89082590) was placed on 10/2 & I was shipping to my son in a different state & the order was held until I confirmed the shipping address. At that point I was told that the order would ship that day which was 10/7. "Parts match well, quality of product only time will tell, will update if i can. Price was excellent. Delivery address was botched up and no one at Buy Auto Parts could explain why. I know for sure that there was no mistake made on my end because my paypal address was confirmed with the purchase. Dan, phone customer service was able to correct the mistake right away. " The condenser box was damaged in transit. The mounting brackets needed some tweaking, but I'm sure everything will be OK. The condenser arrived when stated. It appears to be well made. I also had a engine that was over heating in traffic. Glad I didn't also order a radiator. I could not believe how much dirt and debris was laying on the face of the radiator.
