"I ordered parts online and I was sure they were the right parts. Now with my car apart I have the wrong control arms with my car apart and no money. I was on hold for 20 minutes had to call back twice. And on the phone now it's my fault that they are the wrong parts. Now they are telling me I'm not getting all my money back and that I can't get my refund until I send the parts back. This is insane. I would never order from this place again. Greg was decent but didn't say what I wanted to hear. "
"I ordered a exhaustsystem for my car, and waited nearly 2 weeks, and when I asked what´s happened with it they told me that something hade gone wrong and it was still in the warehouse. I told them that I wante´d the system as soon as possible, and I´m surprised that it was shipped out the same day and a couple of days later it was in Germany for transport to me in Sweden. "Ordered a $600 brake conversion kit and the master cylinder was defective. They told me I would have to contact the manufacturer of the kit not them to replace the master. A $30 part cost them a customer."

"I talk to them and was not sure about the air bag lift shocks. They told me that they guarantee that it is the right part. Don't worry about it the man said! We guarantee that it will be the right part! The man asked me if I wanted heavy duty and I said yes. Get the shocks on and the don't lift the car off the tires. Called them and told them. "I achieved what I wanted to do, get real cold air from a new compressor, all parts are working fine. I have just 1 problem with the A/C Compressor it is very noisy, just not supposed to be loud like it is. Went exactly according to instructions, right amount of oil. I'm will wait a little bit longer to see if this noise wears off, if not I was told to inject a little bit more oil to see what happens. Thanks for the great price on the A/C Compressor kit. What kind of warrantee does this part have? Thxs Paul V."
