"Kyle lied to me about the level of quality of the parts, I was ordering. Then they wanted me to pay for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Also the shipping was very slow for an " online seller". Items got to me after 9 days."
"I ordered an AC compressor and didn't get a chance to put it in for several months since it was for a truck not driven all the time. When I did go to install it I realized it was for the wrong size engine. Contacted customer service and explained what happened ordered another one. Was told refund would be applied once the first one was returned . I received the second one along with a postage paid return label. Didn't have proper mounting holes and when I explained to customer service REP, he told me he would get back to me but instead my number was blocked after I tried to call again the day after. "After ordering a turbo online I was told that I needed to call to place the order. Whats the point of the website then? After receiving the part I noticed that it was remanufactured incorrectly. The cartridge was bolted in the wrong position causing the oil lines to be in the wrong spot. I was in a time crunch so I was forced to put my old turbo back in.
