"Horrible experience. First part made an awful sound, I was required to put a deposit for a second part so my mechanic could swap them out while it was at the shop. I spent $300 on labor the first time and $170 on labor the second time and now I can feel the AC compressor pulsing. This place sells horrible parts and takes no responsibility for making it right they just want more money from you and offer to give you a credit on future purchases. I am not going to waste money with them ever again"

"Buy auto parts is a horrible bunch of liars. I bought from them on Amazon but had to return the part because my mechanic made a mistake. He settled up with me but Buy Auto Parts shaved almost $50 off the refund. I get the shipping fees but my problem is they called me 2X to ask me to remove my review and they would reimburse me $25.00. I agreed and removed it within an hour. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. Now they're not returning my emails and phone calls are 20 + minutes on hold. "I purchased some parts from your company on 8/18/15 with a delivery date of 8/24/15. I received 2 boxes part of my order and parts from a someone else parts. I called customer service on 8/24/15 to inform them what happened. I was told my my would be correct and next day aired to me 8/25/15. Well I didn't receive my order so I called customer service today to see what's the status was on my order. "The overall satisfaction was excellent. There were some issues at Firestone where the service was conducted and completed. The problem was that after the initial installation of the new hose and compressor, there was a leak I discovered after arriving at work at the Houston Fire Department the next day after the installation. "Had to return a part; Peter and others in customer service have been helpful throughout the process of getting my car fixed. Unfortunately the service center I went to was a bust. Other then that; for do it yourself people you will find fulfillment in buying from Buy Auto Parts. I have a different car and will see how its Ac/unit does. "

I was requesting to return my unused part back to the Buy Auto Parts that they charge only the shipping cost and without to charge me a restocking cost. "Ordered a part. Mechanics in where I live would not install. Had to return. Was not given problem to return. Was charged 15% to re-stock which equals approx. ~$150. Not sure how fair this seems. In return for a review, they will pay for shipping. "
