Quality parts with limited availability. Customer service isn't great. Too many snags in my efforts to spend my money. Free shipping with $99 purchase means you may have to purchase more than you'd like or need. Minimum shipping fee is $21 for ground service, which for most folks means you'll buy elsewhere if your shopping for items such as spark plugs or brake pads.

You are the only parts deal that some how has access to rebuilt power steering racks for a 240sx and you sell them for 3x as much as every other dealer. The absolute only reason I shopped here is because I had no choice.
Never, ever buy from this company!!! Bought a remanufactured steering rack for a Ford Flex and had it next day air shipped. Part was bad, but didn't know it until it was in. Customer service was the worst I have ever seen. I wasn't even allowed to talk to any decision maker to try to come to an agreement. I'm out all my shipping, labor and I even offered them a solution to make me a happy customer and they still make money. Don't believe the reviews and don't buy anything you have to pay labor to install.
Cant wait to get the part, I have searched everywhere... anyone that has it, is charging 800 dollars and if its cheap, they dont have it. Hopefully this works out
