Just placed first order so I’ll know once it’s received
Stay away. This company is full of crap. I paid $318 for a part that I could have paid $210 for because they assured me 100% that I would have it on Friday the other part would be here for $100 less on Monday. I got a mechanic to come to my house on Friday and the part never came. Had to pay him a cancelation fee. After receiving the part on Monday I called only to be on hold for 1 hour 22 minutes. On hold for the longest time I have ever waited in my life only top be transferred to the same system to begin my wait again.
I ordered an A/C compressor, I didn't install it right away since it was winter, but now summer around the corner I took my vehicle to get the compressor replaced. After spending over $400 in installation and parts, it turned out the the compressor was bad, the coil would not get energized. Now I will be buying a new compressor and paying for labor all over again because the part that BuyAutoParts sent me was bad! Do not trust parts from this company.
Hello, I called and the man I spoke to sounded quite tired. He lacked any enthusiasm! I just finished a chat in which I began with a proper greeting, Hello, followed by my question. I did not receive any greeting, just a flat "what" at the beginning of the response. There are no expiration dates on the email promo codes. This needs attention. If it weren't for the prices, I would not use your company. The time spent on the email campaign needs to be directed to the humans. They don't seem happy, are they paid well?
1- take long time to answer the chat. 2- the agent tries to finish the chat quickly although he is way late for responding. 3- seems to be stress employees you have there guys !!! 4- friendly agents missed here ^_^.

I had a hard time getting it to submit my order. It kept telling me that I needed to put in a valid name. My name is my name. After trying like 5/6 times it finally excepted my order.
