did not get the 20 dollar discount for memorial 2019
I originally ordered from amazon, which is ordered from you guys. The first a/c compressor said it fits my vehicle but it did not. The 2nd time I ordered, the a/c compressor sent wasn't even the same from the picture. So I decided to order from you guys directly. Hopefully, this will be the last time I have to order it. I am still waiting on my 2nd refund from the 2nd compressor I ordered and sent back.

So I ordered an in-stock turbocharger on Wednesday. Was informed be delivered on Friday. Well Friday comes I check on my order no tracking number it's still pending not even processed. Now, mind you this is for a customers car. Already told them it'll be done Saturday for sure. So I spend over an hour on hold to talk to customer service. Extremely difficult ordering process, Customer service difficult to reach and via mail no real help apart of saying its not possible. No solutions provided.
First time tried to order it kept saying the cart was empty even though the item showed in the cart. Had to go back through the ordering process again before it would work.
I asked to receive notice when these were in stock and didn't receive one. I happened to be on the site and found them.
I didn’t see how to edit my information including shipping information
I bought a rack from them on May 10 with serious reservations, based on internet research. But I wound up talking myself into it because this company had some mixed reviews and racks are their flagship product I thought I'd give it a shot. Bad idea. The next morning after I ordered the part, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the order before it shipped. Hmm... no way to cancel it on the website or in the email generated in my order.
