Buyers should be aware that they sell RE-MANUFACTURED PARTS AS NEW. I am in possession of a remanned turbo charger that came boxed and stamped as "remanufactured" but they claim the box is wrong. If anyone would like to see pictures PM me. Then the explanation I get is; I should be happy because the remanned units they sell are more money then the new ones. Really? I have called this company and been on hold for a total of 4 hours in the past week. I am currently in the 30th minute of the live chat...this place is a joke. Their customer services is terrible everyone I have spoken to in the past week has been rude or nonchalant and I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHERE MY PART IS! Noone has been able to help me. If you chose to order from them I wish you well but thus far my experience has been DEPLORABLE.
