"Horrible service. Sales answeres right away and takes your money. No shipping and tracking numbers. If you try contacting service...hold for an hour and get hung up on, very rude people. Ordered a disc brake conversion....wrong rotors and no equilizer valve and lines. the service people won't help and sales says i ordered the wrong parts. "I purchased a power steering rack from BuyAutoParts.com. The part failed (leaked) the day after it was installed by my mechanic. I called the company and they said they would send out a replacement as soon as they received the failed part or I could pay a deposit of $125 and they would send the replacement out before they received the failed part back.
