I found a website that actually works and let me buy the parts I needed. It’s sick
the chat service didn't work disappointing
Ordered a part on line and paid extra for 2 day delivery. Not only did not get here on time, I then went to there website to track were it was. The website said sorry unable to track my order even though it showed I paid for it and paid extra for quick delivery. I then used there CHAT NOW app, and sent 3 messages with no response. I then called customer service to track my order. As of right now, I have been holding for over 1.5 hours in a cue that started at 38 people and now I am 19. Wasted time trying to pay with a credit cart. You need to simplify checkout procedure.
I called multiple times to check status on an order. I could not get through due to the lack of representatives available. The shortest wait time was 23 callers ahead of me. This part of the business needs a major overhaul.
