I contacted the service department and they were the only place to give the information I needed.
Terrible experience. Checkout with paypal does not honor discount price. Customer service hang up on you. Chat service close chat before you can explain something. Overall horrible experience
They were no help on a Dyer or high pressure line . Had no clue or enthusiasm to help me . So I just ordered the compressor and bought the others elsewhere.
BuyAutoParts signed me up to their newsletter and habitually spam email me 5 times per day. The unsubscribe link on their email does not work, they won't reply to emails or website enquiries telling them to remove me and their call centre refuses to help.
If I could give it any less stars I would. I ordered a radiator for my car and when I received it it was manufactured wrong (crooked). Ok understandable, things happen. Contacted CS for an exchange and they sent a label to ship back. Ordered another radiator and the one that came in the box does not match what I had ordered. Contacted CS again and they said they will get with the warehouse to get pictures of another radiator to see it it will match. Over a week later still nothing. Compressor, Drier, EXP valve, O-rings, Oil and Condenser kit. we'll see how the quality is when it arrives.
