Wasted 20 mins trying to place my order and you first say 11.16 shipping then I go to checkout it’s $20 shipping the site is extremely difficult to use and after this purchase I guarantee I’ll spend the extra money to buy elsewhere
TRY 4 or 5 times to use Pay Pal but would not let me. Had to keep entering my info
I purchased a brand new rack and pinion for our 4runner, it came turned all the way left and used!! We spent hours getting it centered! Now I purchased cv axles and one of the axles is defective....Been trying to get a replacement since Friday (it's Monday afternoon now). Horrible Service and parts!
Like why couldn't I find this site earlier? I wasted hours searching for the best price and quality and this site came along and simplified everything. We'll have to see if this product holds up to standard so I'll be leaving another review once installed. watch out for your boy
Had to go to bank check if I have enough to cover cost. (customer hasn't paid me yet.) When I returned to place order, I had accidentally ordered a wrong drive shaft but had zeroed it back out before checkout, but when I came back to place the order, the one I had cancelled showed up and I had to hunt the right one the Base Model 4Runner 4 cyl 2WD Man **** 61-1/2 inches overall.
Shipping and Billing always an issue.
If you're looking for expedited shipping good luck. Their site defaults to regular ground after you submit your order and charges taxes without telling you stating its for CA residents only but then there's a hidden list when you talk to customer service. Also a long process to register for tax exemption. Promised a call back twice with no return.
