I had to order the part 4 times to finally get it to go through. I called in and it took 38 minutes to finally get to the payment department. I was attempting to place the order while I was on the line with the customer service rep. Something that should have taken 5 minutes. He didn't have any answers, spoke over me repeatedly, and told me that he needed to let me go because he had other customers waiting. On July 6, 2020 I placed an order for $41.34 with them via Ebay for a 1999 Dodge RAM 2500 New A/C Liquid Line w/Orifice Tube. As I live in San Diego and this company is located here in San Diego, I was surprised it still took them 3 days to get the product to me. Notwithstanding this, the product they sent was for a 1994-1997 Dodge RAM 2500. It of course DID NOT fit.
