The customer service is horrible! They lie about when the part is going to be shipped out, and delivered. I got the run around for almost a week after ordering, before someone actually told me why I didn't already have my part. I ordered my part on the the 19th, I was told I would have it on the 22nd. I finally got the part yesterday the 2nd. Thwy wouldn't even give me the corporate office phone number when I asked

Look for a power steering gear box for my 93 Mazda B 2600 I. Was told they had one in stock. I got an email with the charges for my part. Got another email to say they received my part and was processing my order. And that a follow-up email with my shipping advice was soon to follow. I've got all kinds of emails from them trying tell me more stuff, but I never did get an email with my shipping advice. Believe the internet when consumers blast the customer service. Website states: All cores should be shipped back to 1261 Aviation Blvd Suite 100, Hebron, KY 41048. Cores should be mailed back with a Core Return Form. No Core Return Form was included in shipment and when customer service was contacted about the error, all they could focus on was a Return Label which I never asked for. Heaven help me if I have any problems with the product!

After I placed my order I realized that my next day delivery option didn’t apply as chosen. I placed a called to BAP and explained my situation to customer service, and they told me that they would call shipping and call me back. I never received a call back. I was disappointed that I had to wait a week for the part, but the part worked perfectly and I completed my project.

I put the wrong CV CODE for credit card and I was instead prompted to select a valid first name... Causing unnecessary confusion... Prior to this I was REAL HAPPY with the fluidity of your website!!!
