This vendor is horrible. They don’t email or notify when item not in stock. I have to call them asking for status then they told me item not in stock. I have to call them again 4 days later when they did not refund money . They keep the fund for more than a week. Never again order from this vendor
I ordered a 4WD part for my truck and a 2WD part was sent instead
This was the first and last time I would order parts from this place your “part expert” didn’t listen when I told him the year make and model of the vehicle four times ordered the completely wrong part for my vehicle telling me it would work in no way shape or form would it work after asking him if all the parts came necessary to install once I realized that all the parts were not included I got back in touch with another parts expert asking him for the turbo tubes once explaining my year make and model to that part expert h... read more
Terrible experience ordered two parts for our vehicle one box received the wrong part the other box received empty box nothing inside. Took one week to file the claim and I’m still waiting for my refund. The sales person I dealt with from the very beginning was very nice but I’ll never do business with his company again
I ordered a Turbo for my 2012 Ford Edge EcoBoost
The order was sent 2 times also changed 2 times
No package was delivered.
The steering box that was shipped was not correct versus the box I ordered. Return process has taken too much time.
Ordered a set of 8 injections but only had 7 took hours on the phone explaining how much money I should get refunded. They would not offer any discount for the arguing for hours to get the right amount refunded. I can’t believe this company will have any customer retention.
