My order is suppose to be 153 and you charged me 190. I will be declining the charges!
The auto part and speedy delivery was good, but after placing my order I was overwhelmed by on onslaught of soliciting and unwanted emails in my inbox. Sometimes 3 or 4 a day! Plus all of a sudden other junk emails. I hate when online companies sell your contact info when I just want to shop online and get things I need. Very frustrating that companies can’t survive on honest business alone but have to sell their customers too.
Placed order Friday May 14 late. Received an email saying order would be processed Monday-Friday. It’s Weds eve May 19 th. Not a peep about it being processed yet.
Its been almost 2 weeks and i have not heard from them about my order its still processing???
Ordered a steering gearbox from them. They shipped promptly and was at my door in 2 days. Unfortunately it was for a different model of vehicle and was not what was ordered. I was informed that I would have to pay for shipping to return in order to receive the correct gear box. The individual I spoke with was apologetic, and offered to give me "some" store credit for my inconvenience. My experience was WTF! My question couldn't be answered. you put in your vehicle and the part you looking for does come up, but parts from all other vehicles come up. The website should say don't have the part for your vehicle. the person who I chatted with, Anthony gave me a code CUZZVTTX for an extra 20.00 that didn't work. From what I did purchase price seemed ok
Received one of five items. Waiting for timeframe of other four items ordered.
Ordered because it said they had 8 in stock and would ship in 2-3 days. Called to check on order and was told that they couldn’t get the parts I needed it was out of stock. Looked online while talking to customer service and it said 10+ in stock. I asked them while on the phone with them why it said that the part was in stock if in fact the part was out of stock. They told me that their computer system automatically put 10+ in stock on there even if they were out of stock. Worst place I have ever tried to order something fro... read more
