I have tried for months to purchase an A/C compressor. When I see the item is available on the website, I order it, only to have the order canceled for lack of inventory. How can you have a website that does not know what you have in stock? Whomever wrote this application should be fired!
I was able to order parts but have not seen them nor received an email for tracking. No response to emails either.
Ordered item that said there was 7 in stock! Got an email two days later informing me out of stock.
Was told on phone everything would be here today (8/21) now it won’t be here until 8-24.
Tried se verbal times to enter shipping code and order kicked back

I thought it was difficult to navigate your site. I was after heavy truck parts and the drop down box only held autos
I received an email saying that there was a minor problem with my order and that I had to call to confirm the order. The person that I spoke to, told me that the order was canceled because there was a red flag with some information. Ordered a brake caliper. Received wrong part. BuyAutoParts was quick to own mistake and credit account, but when I asked to expedite shipping correct part at MY expense, BAP said they could not do that. Unfortunately had to wait another week for replacement and car was un-drivable.
