Considering the free shipping and the email sign up discount, the price was attractive. However the search and filter functionality seemed very clumsy. There was no persistence to the filtering, so if I wanted to search for something slightly different for the same vehicle, I had to then specify the vehicle again step by step. I had such a difficult time placing an order !! I attempted to order on thevwebsite but kept getting “enter valid name”. The name was entered correctly each time. I called your customer service number to speak to a rep and place the order over the phone. After a long hold I finally spoke with someone who started my order then never came back on the line. Ordered parts. 1 out of 5 shipped. After several phone calls & hours online waiting to get served , agreed to ship again. After 3 times we finally got parts 1 1/2 months later. . Part was defective. Mailed it back ups as requested. 3 months later after talking to. Manager. They told me they never got it. Terrible customer relations. & very ignorant on the phone.
