Orderd through Amazon.com. AC compressor kit didn't have clutch. Ad said it would . Called seller and was told ad was incorrect. Sold me a different part number kit and it was complete. About two dollars more. I will purchase from them again. Got full refund, they paid for shipping both ways. Refund took nine days but that was over the Christmas holidays. Really happy!
on 11/04/2021 I placed my order for 2 day delivery it is now 11/07/2021 and tracking says my part will not be here till 11/09/2021 very upset to believe your process

disappointing to say the least, failure on three counts without any explanation as to why my order was declined, no reason given other than to say there was a error in my application, would have been nice to know after three attempts what this error was? , simply had no choice but to cancel, never less a great add

Received small parts quickly, still waiting on most important part, the compressor. Not a word about when I will receive part. Might cancel soon and buy elsewhere.

ordered part for overnight delivery on thursday, recieved text something wrong with on line order, I called an talked to a young man who said there’s no prob an my would be sent as ordered from vegas !! talked to Diane on friday an was granted a full refund as nothing was sent, then i get a text a part was sent-on friday afternoon, no refund !!!!!! after bull turds, i got it returned but was still charged restocking something i didn’t order !!!!!!!! charged on my card w/o my approval!!!!!!
