BuyAutoParts signed me up to their newsletter and habitually spam email me 5 times per day. The unsubscribe link on their email does not work, they won't reply to emails or website enquiries telling them to remove me and their call centre refuses to help.
If I could give it any less stars I would. I ordered a radiator for my car and when I received it it was manufactured wrong (crooked). Ok understandable, things happen. Contacted CS for an exchange and they sent a label to ship back. Ordered another radiator and the one that came in the box does not match what I had ordered. Contacted CS again and they said they will get with the warehouse to get pictures of another radiator to see it it will match. Over a week later still nothing. they will take your money and till you will get your part the next day , but will not ship it for 2 days but will charge you for overnight. do not wast your time with them

I applied a coupon code to my order but when I went to check out using PayPal, the discount was removed from the total of my order. I went back and verified the discount was still applied, but when I selected paypal again it was again removed. I used the normal credit card checkout process so I could be certain to receive the discount, but it's weird that PayPal wasnt registering it. It's a good thing I paid attention to the total before I paid through PayPal or I would have lost $15!! What's up with that?!?
