The money for my order was refunded with no explanation as to why.
Never buy from here again. Cancelled my order and threatened a refund with no explanation when I called to ask why. Then reset my order and got my address wrong after spelling it 3 times. UPS can't deliver. Still haven't received my order. Terrible!!!!!
Ordered part. Have received lots of daily advertisements but no part shipment to date. To be honest, that was 3-days ago. Still, one would expect some communication other than order received. BAP did claim, in text, that 'ships in 24-hours or less'.
I ordered a radiator for a 2008 range Rover sport hse 4.4 thru Amazon. Company sent 4.2 radiator.Contacted seller they told me to use their direct website to order correct part. I ordered number two from their site using their dropboxes to pick correct model yr trim etc, even payed for express shipping andthey sent the same wrong radiator again, talked to supervisor last Tues said I'd have overnight express ship and it's sat still waiting on number 3 . The call in service is obviously off shore and I had to call in 3 times to get a person. then the IP phone service was not good.
Ordered a part online and credit card was pending the charge of the product and shipping. Received an email that Buyautoparts.com had an issue with the order and was unable to reach me and that my order was canceled. I never received no contact more than the one email concerning my order. I know that I desperately needed the part so I reached out to customer service who indicated that my order was international (United States, Virgin Islands). keeps advertising a product for a price that it can't deliver
Only got half of my parts! after a couple hrs online and on phone and trying to sent pics to an email I couldn’t get to work I gave up and told them I’d just send it back! Now I don’t get my money back for up to two weeks which keeps my car down for two more weeks because I can’t afford to buy another set right now. So now I’m outta work for two weeks or just put the one side on and eat the money that I paid for both sides!!! Don’t understand why the hell you can’t just send me the damn parts you owe me???
