order part on 4/11 with an expected shipping date of 4/18. On the morning of 4/19, sent an email about status of part. With no response to email, called at end of day 4/19. Told part was shipping next day (4/20) and should receive confirmation email. After not receiving an email on 4/20. I called again about part on 4/21. I realized I made a mistake on my credit card number , so I called the customer service number ...in India! Explain my mistake. Lady says no you did it correctly. Then a hour later I get a email stating that I did screw it up! So now I had to reorder my parts! Your customer service **** plain and simple!!!
After I ordered my part, I had to call and verify it was me that made the purchase, because I was a new customer that took forever. I was on hold for 28 minutes. After it was completed, I asked to cancel the 2-day shipping and go with the 3-day shipping. the person I was talking to became short, and at the end of the call he just hung up. still waiting on product to be delivered
Havnt heard anything in. 5 days about my $238.00 order !!!!!
I put my item in the cart for an online order but could not get the shipping method to change while on my phone so I went back a couple of hours with the item still in the cart and the price had gone up over $100. I called customer service and they said nothing could be done. Also, I did not get any type of confirmation email or tracking information after ordering. I had to call customer service for that information. I would recommend automatically sending it when the item is shipped.
