I call for and update on my order and the person on the phone didn’t provide any more information than what was on my email Basically in progress
I printed the return label for my core deposit, took to ups, watch them receive and scan, now there is no information on my return, like it was never scanned or returned, I want my $300 core charge.
Gave option to checkout with credit card. Then submit button would not work. Then used p pal and shipping went from 29 to 40 then charged me an extra 40 on top of that! No have to waist my time calling and emailing…
Ordered a Garrett Turbo, MATCHED to their interchange numbers, By the time I got to the project and found out it did not fit, they wouldn't return it even though it was new in the box because it was "out of warranty". I then ordered another aftermarket version they said would fit and paid for overnight shipping and it did not fit either. They did return it but of course I'm out the freight charges. Could not get a manager to call me back and ended up costing me two weeks and over $830 and still had to shop elsewhere. BEWARE!... read more
Can’t find order confirmation email

I had to call to see the update of my order I paid for a next day delivery I really needed it
Ordered with the sellers statement “all models” which meant all except mine. Turns out they didn’t have the one for my car and now it will be a week or ten days before I get my money back and can order the correct part from another vendor. Then wait for that part to arrive. Waste of my time and they refuse to refund my money even with the tracking number proving it’s on the way back to them.
Searching for exhaust manifold gaskets and bolts for 5.9 Cummins,???? Hit yourself in the face with a hammer, TRUST ME IT IS LESS PAINFUL!!!! Now, put the bloody hammer down and search a/c kits, you can buy those in 2 clicks. AGAIN, TRUST ME, DO NOT LET ANYONE SEE YOU CLEANING A BLOODY HAMMER!!!!! QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED!!!!!! At least my a/c will blow cold air onto my wrecked face. And the exhaust fumes can help numb the pain.
