Order on the system and it sent me the wrong part
Well my experience with this company sucked. I tried ordering a part from by Auto parts and both times I never received my part that I ordered it was a bunch of b******* hassle. I made my order that was to confirm my order but no there was one other step which was stupid just send me my damn part if I give you my f****** credit card number. So I called and associate and then I realized hey she might be a scammer to get my credit card number so I told her that I would just order my part after they had already returned my part... read more
Could not complete my order using PayPal.
I can’t be happy about my experience my order has not shipped yet I ordered it on Monday the 15th it’s Thursday the 18th and it hasn’t shipped. No response from seller
Ordered ac pump on Friday, Monday and hey cancel the order. Found this out on Tuesday had no good reason to cancel, reordered Tuesday to be 2nd day delivery to find out they canceled on me again on Thursday found out Friday on email now machine has been down for a week wanted to reorder for a 3rd time, mind you they charged my card 2 times already so I told him him to ship it to me with a invoice once recieved I would pay said not possible but someone called me back and said I would see it today. They sent me the wrong part nothing like what I ordered.
I have received so many ad emails after I placed an order that I wish I had bought somewhere else. Never again.
So I recieved part but it is not the same as what is on my truck . It’s not even the same as the picture on the website when I ordered the part . I’m going to find out if it will work but probably have to send it back for a refund
Box was destroyed and it was sticking out the end at least 6 inches fortunately it doesn't look damaged
