I called to ask questions about the price difference between front brake pads between ceramic and regular pads for my 07 Lexus IS 250, and the agent (male, I can't recall his name) on the phone was very rude to me when I asked him why one was more than the other. His respond to me was, "SIR, I JUST TOLD YOU THAT WE ARE NOT SELLING BRAKE PADS NOMORE, AND THATS THE REASON THEY'RE SHOWING THAT PRICE". When this was not what I was asking... Live chat advised me to call my order in and supplied a ph number to use. Unfortunately, person on phone stated they could not accept Paypal, only debit or credit card purchases by phone, GRRRRR! this was an all afternoon ordeal, trying to get the part ordered. I was charged an extra $13+ for being in California. I am not in California and the hipping addres to my home is not in California.
I had a very hard time paying for my order. It would not let me pay with credit card. I had to go through PayPal. It took me 35 min to finally get my order to go through. Also it would not except my 20.00 coupon that you sent me for signing up
we must order twice cause just paypal orders are allowed, we need to wait for refund now
