ABC Auto Parts #2 Dwayne Wardlaw ***-***-**** Online order # 154610953 did not ship. Ordered Monday 10/23/23 at 4:23 pm central time. I was trying to get a tracking number and it said I had no orders . I called Thursday after noon and my order never processed. It was just sitting in the computer. So now my customer is not happy and has to wait another 3 days .

I purchased an AC compressor kit and it was a bad one already locked up so they sent me another one and another week and I'm halfway put back together and discover it has the wrong plug so I want a full refund they're not open yet and I would never ever buy from them again I've been without my car for way too long

I ordered this specific set of rear air bags for my sequoia because the part pictured had metal oem style fittings with a metal band clamp, the part I received has plastic line fittings and a plastic zip tie around the top of the bag. I could have ordered this same part for less for a competitor, I chose to pay more for this brand to hopefully get more quality, disappointed to say the least.
Ups driver dropped package when delivering and and might've damaged some of products
Ordered a week ago and haven’t heard anything from anybody as to where it is or when I should receive it.
Well I ordered my part on Thursday at 2 am. I went to work 8-4 and when I got time I checked my email and had an email stating that my order had an issue and hand been processed (I paid extra for next day air). Called on Friday and was told it would be here the next day on a Saturdat several times during the conversation. The part hasn’t arrived yet and I paid everts for next day air when it ended up expected to deliver on Monday.
