Not only did they send the WRONG part, they ran me around in circles taking photos of what they sent and then they didn't fix the problem. They sent the wrong part, said they would send the correct one to replace it, then decided they didn't have the right part 5 days later! but didn't decide to let me know that the correct part wasn't coming. I haven't received my part and tracking number is missing 4 digits so I haven't been able to track through UPS
Power Steering - All Models Power Steering Gear Box 1974 Mercedes Benz 240D .... We have a 1974 MB 240D in house, paid for 2 days shipping so the part got here when the tech was available and its not even close. Emailed back, Sales@.....on Thursday afternoon, its now Monday morning, zero reply at all. Waste of time and money.
UPS delivered the box. It looked like it came through a war zone. The box had been opened and taped back up with nothing but the wrapping paper inside. No part or anything but the wrapping paper inside the box. To say the least I was blowen away. Please pick a better shipping company. UPS employee's nothing but people who steal.
THEY SHIPPED ME ONE OF FOUR ITEMS AND IT WAS CONFIRMED BUT WANTED US TO STILL PAY BLAMING THE FACTORY. BE CAREFUL FOLKS. ITEM BY FEDEX WAS 8.9 POUNDS THEY AGREED. Ordered new driveshaft on the 25 and it’s the 2nd and still no tracking info or anything. Talked to their service rep and all I get is to have patience. I should at least have a tracking number from when they shipped it but they have not even done that.
