I ordered a manual steering gear box from this company and it was built wrong. So, I called so they can send me another one. The lady told me it would cost me $15.00 to return a part that was wrong. LOL... I ordered one from carid.com and it came today. Right the first time. I have a 1985 chevy s10 blazer. I tried to explain to her the problem but she didn't understand. First parts were sent to wrong address. They fixed that. When parts finally arrived, they were for wrong vehicle. The entire process has been plagued with errors. I’m not even trying to send these back. As I’m told I have to pay to return them. I’m writing it off as a lesson not to use these guys

Buyer beware! This is a scam business. I purchased a steering rack confirmed by a person and by their website that it will fit my wife's Acura MDX. I took it to a Honda dealer to install it. I agreed to pay for labor only $742.50. After more than 4 hours, two technicians and the shop supervisor they informed me than the steering rack does not fit, so they put the old one back. You made the mistake of me talking to Eddie to begin with in the USA, only to have him forward me to Nika in the Manila, who gave me the runaround, with the absolutely no auto parts experience, only to find out that your part was modified from original manufacturer spec, and worked fine, but because of your customer service outsourcing, I will never use your site again! Not to mention all the reviews you'll get online and with the Better Business Bureau
While ordering 28th May date was mentioned as delivery date its 30th but still not received
I paid extra for 2 day delivery. It's 4 days later and I have yet to receive my order. It is supposed to be delivered today. but, we'll see. Also, there was no mention of necessary O-rings when I ordered my A/C expansion unit. There should have been mention of the necessity of these and the opportunity to order simultaneously. I'm very disappointed with my initial experience with your company.
I paid for expedited shipping, and the part did not arrive on time. Why pay additional shipping costs if it does nothing?
Part of ordered part was sticking out of the box upon delivery.
