They said they tried to contact me. They never did. And my order was canceled. But they have my money for 3-10 days. Now I can’t order my parts, till they give me my money back

I still haven’t received my products. Therefore I have no review for you after the fact
I paid extra $16 for 2 day shipping and did not receive my items in 2 business days from the date it shipped. Additionally my card was charged twice for my item and I currently still have a second charge hold on my account despite the first charge already going through.
You said that you were listing a lost item report with UPS, and would receive a new ordere with in three days. Still have nothing.
My first experience with this company started out right but has now become so wrong. I found what I needed at a reasonable price. I ordered the item that was in-stock and paid for three day shipping. A week later I called customer service. I was told the part I ordered had to be refurbished because the core they had was bad but they assured me they were expediting my order. they refunded the extra I paid for the 3 day shipping. When going down a back road or for that matter a highway and you hit a pot hole or a rut you had better hold on tight because it’s like Riding a scary ride at the amusement park and your passengers are screaming stop this peace of mumbly peg. Hopefully this new box will help.
