"I erred in ordering an AC compressor (did not specify the correct # of cylinders). When I received the part I called Buy Auto Parts and explained the problem - their response was amazing: "We do not have the part in stock but will buy it from a competitor, have it sent to us to check it out and if it is correct, mail it on to you. Send us back the one you have for a credit - no restocking fee will be charged" They did as they promised. Outstanding customer service and done cheerfully and honestly. "
